In each workshop you will have the opportunity to literally put your HANDS ON THE PASTA and make a properly equipped kitchen, just like if you were at home. With the knowledge of Chef Pedro Sommer, trainer at the Estoril Hotel and Tourism School (EHTE) and the Professional Cooks Association of Portugal (ACPP), you will learn the origins, customs and tricks of each recipe. The dynamic of the workshops involves all the participants in the production of each recipe, in a logic of explanation step by step. The WORKSHOP AGENDA is VARIED, so that everyone can find a course according to their expectations, in the evolution of the incredible and exciting world of cooking. The Workshops are true lessons of culinary wisdom, with all the tricks and techniques at your side. At the end of each Workshop, we will toast together around the table all the dishes prepared, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
