At this level, we teach the most elementary and basic tricks to create fast, easy and economical meals, of your daily life, such as: Cuts (meat and fish), refuse, sauces, soups, vegetables, eggs, basic side dish and more. Minimum: 6 people Hours: 3 times a week, for 2 weeks, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Total course hours: 18 hours. |
MEDIUM |
For those who already have notions of cuisine, but wants to explore new gastronomic routes ...
At this level we will teach varied entrances, meat and fish recipes, soups, poultry, seafood, vegetables, eggs, various and alternative side dish, salads and more. Minimum: 6 people. Hours: 3 times a week, for 2 weeks, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Total course hours: 18 hours. |
ADVANCED |
For those who want to be a true Chef in their home ...
This is a higher level, which every detail counts. Top raw materials, rare and unique ingredients, clear techniques and accurated temperatures, are the basis of what we will teach: Gourmet entrances, foie gras, ceviches, risottos, seafood, pates, terrines, tartar, sashimis, meat and fish, carpaccios and more. Minimum: 6 people. Hours: 3 times a week, for 2 weeks, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Total course hours: 24 hours. |
CUSTOM COURSES |
Any of these courses can be taught to one person, or to small groups of friends / acquaintances / family members, composed by less than 6 people.
