SommerMasterChef is a competition between each member of your company, or between teams of your company, that will have to prove that your Menu is the best of the whole group. Participants receive a limited amount of time and ingredients to prepare their own Menu, thus forcing the creativity and imagination of each one, never forgetting the time management, team spirit, power of communication, leadership, and the planning of each group. All of this will count, for the final appointment of SommerMasterChef. Chef Pedro Sommer, a trainer at the Estoril Hotel and Tourism School (EHTE) and the Professional Cooks Association of Portugal (ACPP), will be the jury of the competition, savoring each dish of the Menu and voting for permanence, of this dish in the contest. The bar is being raised as time goes by, putting the jury to press and making it more and more difficult to finish the Menu. The competitor, or group of competitors who first finalize their menu, with the approval of Chef Sommer, will be the competition winner. Through this competition you will be able to observe the characteristics of each element of your company, which can help you make decisions regarding: career promotions, team changes, mobility or ascension.
